At Woodlands we have a dedicated activities co-ordinator whose job it is to plan activities for our residents.
We have regular quizzes, outings and reminiscence sessions and, as we always like a party, we make a point of celebrating birthdays, Easter, Halloween and Christmas.
We also spend time in the garden planting bulbs, growing vegetables and working in the greenhouse.
Woodlands residents also have their own computers which can be moved around the home. Our activities co-ordinator spends time with people, helping them to learn how to use the computer or looking at photos of old Liverpool. We also have many classic films which are always popular
There is a residents’ committee which meets quarterly. They discuss events, places they would like to visit and also things they would like to change
